This is a small collection of used/unused lettering ideas I created for stickers mostly and a greeting card. I created multiple brushes to add texture or I just built the letters using simple vector shapes.

No fonts were used or harmed in the process.

Throughout the process I explored multiple lettering styles and wanted to see which matched the attitude/tone we were hoping to land on for these projects. In the church design world, with so much variety in your audience, it can be very difficult to find that middle ground...if at all. Sometimes I just let it go and see what happens. At the start of the venture, I trust that my team will help me dial in on the right idea. I think that exchange of trust is a great support in the creative process itself because the fear of failure goes down and ideas can blossom more boldly and quickly.
